Job Description

The Role

  • Lead the organisation, development and maintenance of editorial and production schedules to ensure content, campaigns, marketing and events are delivered to plan
  • Identify project inter-dependencies and ensure they are communicated, understood and addressed
  • Support the Head of Content & Marketing develop effective resource models and plans, allocating resources appropriately
  • Provide an effective administration support service
  • Create and implement new solutions to scheduling challenges
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects ensuring successful planning, management, execution, and outcomes
  • Ensure the Head of Content and Marketing is kept informed and regularly updated on project progress with any concerns being flagged in a timely manner
  • Maintain editorial and production risk and issues logs
  • Provide visibility on project milestones and timescales to relevant parties including team members, other company staff, external content contributors and suppliers
  • Adhere within service level agreements, providing information and advice in a professional manner at all times
  • Support with proof reading, copy writing and production of reports
  • To perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested across the wider business
  • Actively foster respectful, productive and supportive working relationships at all levels within the company
  • Be an efficient, respected and reliable “interface” between teams at all levels of the organisation
  • Define and manage project resource needs and establish succession plans for key resources
  • The role requires a close working relationship with the Marketing Content and Campaigns team and across other project teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Project Management and Administrative experience Exceptional attention to detail Resource planning experience Strong work ethic and team player Strong application of basic skills including Maths and English Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Experience utilising Microsoft365 software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Professional, with an enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, and try new things
