Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active, keen and committed individual who has excellent communication, administrative ability, confidence and organisational skills with up to date IT skills. Suitable experience is preferred but not essential for the role.

In this role you will be at the heart of the action, coordinating day to day operations & resources, acting as a key link between client and company. There are excellent personnel development opportunities within what has become a great team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating site operations and resources to meet project demands
  • Liaising with both internal management teams and customer representatives and presenting solutions based on statistical analysis, budget breakdown and cost dynamics
  • Manage and maintain the internal systems and processes ensuring all work in kept up to date, organised and accessible
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data inputs and general project administration, documentation and paperwork

About you

  • The right person will be a self-motivator and driven in their role to achieve, work hard, do a good job and maintain a high standard and level of commitment to the task at hand
  • Attitude is essential in this role and the ability to think outside the box and use initiative is crucial. You will be given responsibility from day one and expected to learn on the job
  • The role has a good amount of overtime available and a structured appraisal system in place means development and promotion is quick to those who prove themselves

Time spent in a technical role, on the shop floor or working within a busy manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous but not essential.

Overview

  • Normal Working Hours Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30hrs in addition to overtime
  • Regular Paid Overtime Support required for shift hand overs / weekend support as part of a rota and in support of the business
  • Holidays, Bonus & Pension within any offer
