As a successful candidate you'll be taking ownership of all aspects of customer service and sales order administration to the Sales Managers on efficiently and effectively running the day to day of the Sales Department.
Along with working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will:
Support and work with UK & Italy Sales Manager and Agents
Work closely with freight companies and third party logistics companies to ensure issues are resolved and deliveries arrive on schedule
Report to the Office manager any inconsistencies or issues identified in respect of data use across all users
Assist with the Office Manager to document changes or updates in process and procedures
Manage customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner
Assist the Office Manager in controlling access permissions and privileges

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role is required to work within the Italian market therefore a good Italian communication skills are required At least 1 years' experience in a similar position Fluent in English Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives - Computer literate - using Microsoft and ERP systems.
