The Role:
Provide exceptional support to their customers.
Develop an expert-level knowledge of the website and games.
Be part of the Additional Tasks rota (which includes activities such as: verifications, winner processing, complaints, failed transactions, Social Media interactions and support. These are managed via live chat, email and telephone.
Communicate important or unresolved issues to the rest of the team.
Assist Marketing and Product departments with translations, testing, research, and ad-hoc task.
Possibility to assist colleagues or team manager with admin tasks and other ad hoc tasks

Part time hours (20+ per week)
Full time hours (up to 40 hours per week)
Salary from £20,500 - £22,500 +Bonus pro rata for part time.
