Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of customer orders, both new sales and servicing requests
- Coordination of customer sales and service contracts
- Schedule and manage logistics of installation and service of customer equipment
- Communicate with colleagues from across teams to ensure a high level of service is provided
- Manage the full sales process for customers from order to delivery
- Ensure all SLA's are met and manage expectations of customers and colleagues if this cant be done
- Have meaningful, memorable interactions with customers and colleagues, strengthening relationships at every opportunity
- Confidently, clearly and simply communicate complex messages to both customers and stakeholders
