What would your day look like?
You will report into the Senior Lending Manager, who will be your line manager and responsible for things like performance review meetings, 1-1s and development conversations.
The role of Assistant Lending Manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for:
· Providing dedicated support and assistance to the CRE Commercial Mortgage Senior Lending Manager (SLM) and Lending Manager (LM) Team progressing Commercial Mortgage and complex BTL applications from Initial Enquiry through to Completion.
· Dealing with case management on the ACUMEN system and will also assist in supporting introducer relationships alongside the SLM & LM.
· Ultimately progressing to source, assess, and manage own cases through the process from Initial Enquiry through to Completion.
· Delivery of quality data input and management on all cases, ensuring 100% integrity of information quality.
· Initial assessment and response to initial enquiries with guidance from relevant SLM/LM or immediate allocation to relevant Regional team member.
· Prepare ACUMEN for full Lending Submission to include as required - data entry on case cashflows, undertaking tenant Experian searches, instructing Call Credit as required by the Regional Team.
· Assessment and recommendation of conditions to credit or lending support pre credit - referral to SLM/LM may be required.
