General Administrator Duties which may include but not limited to:
Answering phones and routing calls
Answering and responding to emails
Truck and trailer servicing schedules
Dealing with returned / damaged stock
Dealing with Head Office / Customer to re-book or return stock
Keeping track of vehicle details on specific sites
Checking and confirming delivery times with Customers and via web portals
Checking invoices and PODs
Maintaining files and filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Maintaining spreadsheets
Managing small projects
Accurately enter data into transport system
Liaise with other departments (Transport Offices and Head Office)
Scanning/Documenting information
Keeping data/information compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation
Facilitating the smooth running of the department in terms of gathering and organizing paperwork
Specific Qualifications/ Job Training
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard
Experience in a similar position
Specific Experience
Working with computerized systems such as Microsoft Excel
Working unsupervised, managing own work to monthly/weekly deadlines.

Able to demonstrate experience in a related environment

Computer literacy. An effective communicator with good telephone manner. Good written and verbal communication skills, able to interact at all levels both internal and external. Team player with a flexible Can Do attitude.
