We are seeking an experienced administrator to work in our small but busy city centre office with a calm confident manner who can work well under pressure. You would be expected to confidently carry out the following tasks:
Answering Calls
Sending professional emails
Helping to move forward and implement our new soft wear system
Completing reports and inputting information
Liaising with colleagues
Ordering of supplies/skips for projects
General office duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills. Well organized. Able to work to deadlines. A self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. IT literate with good knowledge of MS office specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
