To personally provide excellent standards of customer service by:
Administration functions
Answering inbound queries from introducers, mainly solicitors and CMC's
Preparing files to be passed over to our Data Analysts
Opening and Dissecting DSAR's received from introducers.

Ability to deliver clear and concise instructions to the customers over the telephone
Good demonstrable knowledge of Claims Management industry

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Must have experience with PPI Administration including knowledge and experience in dealing with DSAR's.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will suit someone who has extensive knowledge/experience in dealing with DSAR's within PPI. You will be required to be able dissect a DSAR into the relevant sections for Loans, Credit Cards and Mortgages.
