Job Description

In this role you will be working in a team of 6, dealing with all administrative duties to support the Team Leader and Accounts Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a long term career in Administration.

Duties include: -

  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Completing of documentation and applications
  • Speaking to customers over the phone with general queries
  • Emailing to customers

Experience:

  • administration: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Educated to GCSE A-C in Math and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages. Attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner. Experience in a similar role.
