Job Description

The successful applicant will be able to work to their own initiative, to provide both financial and administrative support to the school. A friendly, positive attitude, patience, excellent communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills and an eye for detail are essential to the post.

Experience:

  • school finance (SIMS & FMS6): 1 year (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Experience of working within an educational environment and have the knowledge of SIMS and FMS6. · Have excellent administration, communication and organizational skills. · Able to operate relevant software packages including, Word, Excel, databases & spreadsheets. · Knowledge of ParentPay (or other similar packages) would be an advantage although not essential as training will be given. · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy school environment. · The ability to closely liaise with the Business Manager and Head teacher.
