To manage and support the complete warehouse administrative function across our operation to ensure all internal & external customers are supported in a professional and timely manner.
Principle Accountabilities
Manage a team of customer account administrators to ensure our customers’ requirements are continuously fulfilled, in a professional and efficient manner.
Complete all elements of month end charging within tight time constraints
Continuously review and update in partnership with Operational Managers all office processes and procedures, in order to meet changing operational and legal requirements.
Manage and understand stock management processes within a warehouse environment.
Recognize and act upon individual customer’s requirements and communicate key messages effectively.
Process all customer instructions/stock movements in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers either by telephone, fax or email effectively on a daily basis.
Create, maintain, and train out SOPs for both new and existing customers.
Any other tasks or activities that may be required from time to time to meet business requirements.
Desirable
Experience of working with ‘SAP, AS400 Time Management System (TMS) although full training will be given.
