You’ll be responsible for managing the long-term relationship between the business and its clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver an excellent customer journey
Liaising with borrowers, lenders and solicitors
General administrative tasks
Accurately input mortgage information / data and ensure that the correct supporting documents are requested during the application process
Ensuring the correct documentation is in place, checking mortgage offers, chasing redemption statements and any other third parties
Manage own pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring they complete accurately and efficiently
Ensure your diary is kept up-to-date
Benefits:
£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary based on experience (negotiable)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets. 1 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Pro-active thought process and career motivated.
