Job Description

You’ll be responsible for managing the long-term relationship between the business and its clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Liaising with borrowers, lenders and solicitors
  • General administrative tasks
  • Accurately input mortgage information / data and ensure that the correct supporting documents are requested during the application process
  • Ensuring the correct documentation is in place, checking mortgage offers, chasing redemption statements and any other third parties
  • Manage own pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring they complete accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure your diary is kept up-to-date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets. 1 years’ experience working in the financial services industry. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Pro-active thought process and career motivated.
