My client, is seeking a commercial administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a company and grow through great training!
You will provide professional support to the commercial and marketing teams including:
The build and submission of tender documents
Management of current customers through their CRM system
General administrative support
Provide a point of 'first contact’ to potential new customers
You will be self-motivated with a good knowledge of a modern office environment, have strong analytical skills as well as strong computer and appropriate software skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
The ability to co-ordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritise the workload.
Other duties include:
Receive telephone calls and assist potential customers
Provide a point of 'first contact’ to potential new customers
Updating Corporate Hospitality guest list responses/requirements
General administrative duties for the Commercial Department
