Job Description

The Role involves:

1. Making Appointments for Sales and Ops People with Clients

2. Follow up calls after appointments

3. Emailing Clients with Contracts and Pricelists

4. Placing adverts on Jobsites for operatives

5. Brief Telephone interviews with operatives

6. Paperwork associated with operative employment

7. Some basic record keeping

8. Dealing with Marketing /Leaflets / Printed Materials (Google AdWords etc.)

9. Ordering Marketing Literature and stationery

What we offer

1. Salary of £14-£15,000 per annum

2. Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour lunch

3. 20 Days Holiday plus Bank

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 2. Min 7 GCSEs (a-c) 3. Driving License 4. Outgoing, energetic personality
