Job Description

We specialize in working with people who have an Acquired Brain Injury or have had a Catastrophic Injury.

We require an administrator to work in our office based in Oldham. You will be part of a small but busy team and will work alongside other administrators, support workers, case managers, solicitors and company directors.

The role will be predominantly office based but you will be expected to travel to take minutes of interviews and meetings and conduct risk assessments. We do therefore require a driver for the role.

Main duties of the role are listed below but there will be other ad hoc duties as and when needed.

  • Keep accurate paper and electronic records
  • Submit contract information to solicitors
  • Minute taking
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • File
  • Scan
  • Send and collate support worker paperwork
  • Register support workers for internal systems
  • Conduct right to work checks
  • Apply for DBS checks
  • Calculate annual leave
  • Input data onto internal systems
  • Assist with the checking of support worker timesheets

Core working hours are between 9-5 Monday to Friday but some flexibility will be needed if an occasional meeting has been scheduled outside of these hours. Meetings are scheduled in advance and mileage will also be paid if you are required to drive.
