Job Description

They currently outsource their suitability letters to a self-employed paraplanner. The mortgage Adviser has recently been promoted from an Administration role, which has left a bit of a gap in their back office function.

On top of that you'll have to check and manage the quality and timeliness of the work done and they need someone who can get the best out of the staff. Experienced Paraplanners can also assist with some Paraplanning duties.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in a varied and interesting role offering excellent opportunities for progression.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They need somebody to take over and get a grip of the overall admin function; from day to day queries to making sure the review process is robust. They need somebody with a strong FS knowledge that can handle client enquiries from start to finish; who can delegate work to the Administrator and the Office Manager.
