Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client's company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fun, fast-growing entrepreneurial company with training and career opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner and will ensure the highest level of service to our customers so that you represent the firm in a proactive and meaningful way at all times.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • You will provide day to day administrative support to the office, including the maintenance of an effective filing system.
  • Booking delivery slots directly with customers
  • Speaking to customers over the telephone
  • Office administrative duties
  • Creating and maintaining a filing and archive system
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will

•Have excellent telephone manner

•Be a conscientious administrator

•Be computer literate

•Have telephone/customer service experience
