The Accounts Assistant position presents the opportunity to join a growing finance function. The successful candidate will have experience of processing high volumes of invoices and ideally will have operated within a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
Reporting to the Management Accountant for Accounts Payable
Processing invoices
Matching, coding and batching of invoices
Bank reconciliations
Financial administration
Dealing with petty cash
Supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with purchase and supplier enquiries
Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures and financial controls
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have a minimum of 5 years practical finance experience Ability to liaise and communication with stakeholders Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Any experience of ERP systems would be beneficial
