Job Description
Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:
- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
In order to be eligible for this role you will require previous experience of vehicle invoicing/administration in the automotive sector, ideally within a franchise approved automotive dealership. You will also need to be IT literate and ideally have experience with the Kerridge/ADP dealer management system. A UK driving license is advantageous however is non-essential.
