Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Administrator for one of our well established clients.


Our client are a multi-award winning full service creative events agency and our clients span a range of sectors including retail, banking and finance, public, hospitality and travel, automotive and pharma.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Directly supporting your Account Manager in creating and managing food orders for sampling activity.

  • Day-to-day client management for food sample queries.

  • Managing and maintaining the store plan system – ensuring data is correct, and updating data for new campaigns

  • Working at the warehouse for 2 days a week to ensure seamless communication between the Account team and Warehouse team, managing food deliveries and updating your Account Manager where necessary.

  • Stock management – working with the warehouse on weekly stock checks, allocating food for live store delivery, communicating stock levels to the team and client where necessary.

  • Contribute to and test seasonal sample guides, ensuring all samples are campaign and brand appropriate and work operationally in a live store environment.

  • Communicating and working across the team to ensure all food is accurate for live store delivery.

  • Providing day-to-day team status administration and reporting.

  • Acting as an active member of weekly account team update meetings.

  • Communicating regularly with, and reporting to, the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager with status updates.

  • Weekend on call every 4-6 weeks


Skills and experience to succeed


  • IT and Mac proficiency including excellent Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point and Keynote

  • Strong sense of analytical understanding and confidence in handling data

  • Experience of pulling together reports and analysing data

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational, work prioritisation and time management skills

  • Can-do attitude with good problem solving solutions

  • A real team player who’s self motivated and able to work under pressure and at a fast pace

  • Impeccable attention to detail to ensure flawless live delivery for clients

  • Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all divisions 

  • Sound knowledge of the marketing, experiential and retail industries

  • An interest in food would be advantageous
