Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who really wants a challenge and to take on big responsibility as a KEY member of staff with the chance for promotion. An electrical background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:                  

  • To support external Sales, produce quotations, whilst ensuring profit margins are maintained.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the company`s supply chain and product inventory, stock control & order processing.
  • Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
  • Assist with imports, packing lists and the preparation of all invoices.
  • Accurately process incoming customer orders and deal with customer queries relating to orders and shipping.
  • Provide a varied range of office administration, enabling the business to function effectively and efficiently.
  • Work proactively with teams in China, UK & Germany
  • Creating and maintaining reports for key account customers/management
  • Manage customer complaints and goods return procedure, working with accounts to produce credit notes
  • Interpret and create forecasts for effective stock management.

Working hours -
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (some flexibility if necessary

You MUST have a driving licence and car as they are located just off the motorway and not accessible by public transport. Free onsite parking.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You MUST have previous administration experience Knowledge of Excel Customer Service experience would be beneficial  Previous experience dealing with accounts/invoices/purchase ledger A background in Electronics would be advantageous
