Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who really wants a challenge and to take on big responsibility as a KEY member of staff with the chance for promotion. An electrical background would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- To support external Sales, produce quotations, whilst ensuring profit margins are maintained.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company`s supply chain and product inventory, stock control & order processing.
- Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Assist with imports, packing lists and the preparation of all invoices.
- Accurately process incoming customer orders and deal with customer queries relating to orders and shipping.
- Provide a varied range of office administration, enabling the business to function effectively and efficiently.
- Work proactively with teams in China, UK & Germany
- Creating and maintaining reports for key account customers/management
- Manage customer complaints and goods return procedure, working with accounts to produce credit notes
- Interpret and create forecasts for effective stock management.
Working hours -
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (some flexibility if necessary)
£25,000 - £30,000 experience dependent.
You MUST have a driving licence and car as they are located just off the motorway and not accessible by public transport. Free onsite parking.
