This role will be performing a variety of administration tasks within the client training function along with supporting their external learning management systems.
The duties of this role may include:
Administration duties which include creating events, courses and modules, responding to requests for learning, recording classroom training attendance and filing hard copies of training logs, collating and filing training evaluations.
The creation and ongoing maintenance of each role specific training curricula for the functional groups.
The liaison with functional training specialists to ensure that curricula are accurate and reflective of their training requirements
The Collation of training and compliance metrics, preparing reports for auditors.
Liaising with HR and the management team to ensure that curricula are assigned to new starters and that the required training is scheduled during each induction
In return the company are offering a starting salary of £30k, an annual bonus of 10% of salary, 25 days hols plus bank, excellent pension and ongoing career opportunities.
