Job Description

We are growing our Project Delivery team which is responsible for designing, building, deploying and supporting our solutions to our growing number of customers. Joining this team will be an ideal starting point for progression in the business. 

As a Project Delivery team member, you will play a very important role supporting the wider team and our customers, typically you'll be:

• Learning to design and build systems
• Testing system functionality
• Handling inbound support calls from customers
• Attending customer workshops to support system planning
• Helping the Project Delivery team building systems
• Building your skills to enable you to progress

We’ll make sure that you’re trained to carry out your role and will allocate a “buddy” who will help you find your feet.

About You

To be successful you’ll need a strong graduate educational background which will include a 2.1 degree in an IT or Business-related subject, being an intermediate to advanced Excel user. Experience of MySQL and Crystal reports or similar work-based experience would be an advantage.

You'll feel comfortable working in a busy team, be enthusiastic and very focussed on delivering great service and support to our customers and of course you'll have excellent written and spoken English.
