Appointment Scheduling Administrator
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Telephone existing and potential clients to arrange face to face meetings for the Business Development Managers
- Confirm all meeting arrangements via Outlook with clients and colleagues.
- Enter into, and keep up to date the CRM system will all relevant information
- Process any actions arising from information on speaking to clients
- Ensure accurate notes are recorded in the system
- Other ad hoc duties in line with your role
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a customer service environment The ability to communicate with clients confidently and effectively Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and CRM Solid administration skills working with attention to detail
