Job Description
The role will involve a variety of administration tasks relating to transport and haulage but also incorporate some accounts support.
Typical duties will include:
- Ensuring systems are maintained
- Issuing invoices and remittances
- Inputting data onto spreadsheets
- Ensuring all paperwork is obtained in line with compliance
- General day to day administration for the department
- Short driver briefing (to do with PODs)
- Managing PODs
- Processing PODs
- Data entering
- KPIs
- Taking customer/driver calls to help traffic when they busy.
You must be available immediately due to this being a contract role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate for this role should have a strong administration background. Experience within haulage or transport would be advantageous but not essential. You should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office specifically Excel and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
