Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our team with a can-do attitude who is focused, approachable and works well as part of a team. The right person will be forward thinking and willing to learn and adapt according to the changing needs of our business. Subject to performance there is a great opportunity to move into different role with improved remuneration in this growing family business. A good background in IT and sage would be an excellent advantage, full training will be provided.

The ideal applicant will complete the following:

  • Gain an understanding of the business and its products.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries.
  • Sales order processing and invoicing.
  • Sales account management and stock control.
  • Planning daily workloads for production.
  • Transport and logistics planning.
  • Be a good communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Have good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Any experience in using Sage 50 would be highly desirable.
