Job Description

Our client a successful and rapidly expanding online young ladies fashion brand are looking to recruit a MAA (fashion graduate) to join their dynamic and successful team. The candidate will have a degree in fashion/buying and be available for an IMMEDIATE START. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who has a passion for the fast fashion industry. Candidates must have at least 6 months experience working within a fashion supplier/ online brand

DUTIES

  • Purchase orders - must have strong EXCEL SKILLS
  • To assist and support the merchandising team for the designated category, including providing administrative support as required.
  • Work closely with both the merchandisers and the buyers for the designated category to develop a full understanding of the range supported.
  • Responsible for creating and amending all purchase orders.
  • Action re-pricing and markdown changes.
  • Changes to supplier revised delivery dates.
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase order amendments.
  • Sending Barcodes out to suppliers.
  • Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis,
  • Data entry and general administrative duties.

Experience:

  • merch/buying: 1 year (Required)
  • merchandising/ buying/ critical path : 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Buying. Strong Excel skills. A passion for online fast fashion. Admin experience. Strong Interpersonal skills.
