Job Description

Although this is in the HR team, we are looking for someone with either HR experience or someone with good admin experience ideally working within HR, Recruitment, or payroll.

Daily tasks:

  • Daily Reporting (Excel needed)
  • Usage of internal systems.
  • Administration tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
EXCEL - This is needed to a good level - VLOOKUP / pivot tables / conditional formatting. Ability to work well under pressure / manage your own work loads and adapt quickly. IT competent (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, HR systems e.g. PeopleSoft) Good communication both written and verbal. Experience of working with hourly paid employees. Good attention to detail and Knowlagent of confidentiality etc.
