Job Description

Company is looking for a full-time marketing & admin assistant, who has experience of Microsoft office packages & has the ability to learn new software quickly. You will undertake a full range of marketing & administrative duties. This position will be a work from home position, but you will be required to attend virtual team meetings on a daily basis

Duties Include:

  • Responding to emails
  • Running email marketing campaigns
  • Answering telephone inquiries
  • Calling Clients / Prospects
  • Diary management
  • Data gathering/data entry
  • Social Media Management

This is a varied role and you will be asked to do many different jobs.

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • Administration: 3 years (Required)

Administrative Duties:

  • Managing website functions and social media

Work remotely:

  • Yes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills. Ability to use your own initiative. Experience using Microsoft packages. Attention to detail. Good time management skills. A well-organized multi-tasker. Full-time access to a PC/Laptop. A decent internet connection (you will need to be able to make calls through your PC and talk on video chat.
