Company is looking for a full-time marketing & admin assistant, who has experience of Microsoft office packages & has the ability to learn new software quickly. You will undertake a full range of marketing & administrative duties. This position will be a work from home position, but you will be required to attend virtual team meetings on a daily basis
Duties Include:
Responding to emails
Running email marketing campaigns
Answering telephone inquiries
Calling Clients / Prospects
Diary management
Data gathering/data entry
Social Media Management
This is a varied role and you will be asked to do many different jobs.
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
Administration: 3 years (Required)
Administrative Duties:
Managing website functions and social media
