You will manage all HR administration processes, providing effective, professional and efficient HR administrative support for your stakeholders
Duties & Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR related queries including taking ownership of the HR shared email inboxes, ensuring all emails are replied to and issues resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Be the HR data system super user and ensure accurate input and maintenance of all employee records and information on the system. The system is Cascade.
- Produce reports from Cascade as required as well as the Production of monthly reports summarising HR people issues and operational information
- Update the HR Intranet pages to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Undertake administration of all HR processes including:
- Recruitment.
- New Starter Process.
- Contractual Changes
- Absence Management
- Payroll and Benefits
- Leaver Process
- Provide general administrative support to the team in a supportive, team player manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR administration processes, ensuring efficiencies continue to be realised and an optimum level of customer service is provided.
- Work to and champion the requirements of the Health and Safety Policy.
- Ad hoc duties to support smooth, professional functioning of the HR department to their stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a great, supportive and contentious individual who understands the need to do this role well. You will have a positive, professional, can do manner and is someone willing to go that bit extra to ensure things are done in a timely manner You will be a team player providing excellent customer service to all the stakeholders you are working with You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written You will have excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, Word and ideally, Cascade You will be numerate with the ability to analyse HR stats You will have worked in a HR capacity with a proven track record You will be educated to a min of 5 GCSEs inc Maths and English grade C plus You will have your CIPD or equivalent qualifications or a min of 2 years HR Admin experience in a corporate environment
