Job Description
To provide proactive, quality and timely project coordination & administrative support to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project coordination support on all projects within the Group and escalate any potential risks to the Founder.
- To research properties for sale and make calls to schedule appointments with estate agents
- To procure items for jobs and ensure delivery of items to site where needed
- To help with project research
- Manage budgets of projects
- Attend site meetings as and when required up on any outstanding issues
- Responsible for ensuring all tradespeople understand the project scope, payment details and site location prior to jobs starting
- Manage job calendar
- Support with management of lead generation spreadsheet
- Support with social media posting and content design ideas
- Support with website updates
- Active follow up on pending actions
- Process mapping
- Forms and handbook creations
- Regular research on industry changes and legislation changes to ensure the Company is always up to date.
- To build relationships with suppliers to ensure we always get the best rate for products
- Provide diary management support to the Founder
- To help with basic invoicing and reconciliations on XERO accounting software
- To provide any other support as and when required to support business requirements.
Base location:
The role will be home based with regular requirements to meet up for catch ups with the Founder. The candidate should be willing to commute
Working Hours:
This will be a part time role of 20-25 hours a week, 4 days a week. Flexibility in days and hours will be required.

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative & project coordination experience in a busy work environment. They should be able to think creatively about how to solve problems and be able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly and conscientiously. They should also be proactive in providing updates on their work and be able to anticipate issues and bring those to the attention of the Founder for resolution before it escalates.
Travel requirements:
- Travel to sites from time to time will be required so the candidate must hold a valid UK driver’s license. Travel will be within 10 miles of Manchester City Centre.
