Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in a similar role. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and a natural communicator.

The main duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers and directing their enquiries.
  • Providing support to onsite Sales Executives.
  • Working closely with all departments including service to ensure all vehicles are progressed and delivered on time.
  • Liaising with suppliers to provide updates on vehicle progress.
  • Ensuring all new and used vehicles are added to the Mercedes-Pro Connectivity System.
  • Setting up Service Care contracts to customer vehicles.
  • Weekly vehicle stock checks.

Excellent communication skills. Organized work ethic. Disciplined work approach. Hard working with the ability to work under pressure. Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Positive, ’can-do’ attitude. Friendly and approachable Reliable and punctual. Excellent computer skills Previous experience in a dealership environment is an advantage. Previous experience in a customer facing role.
