Apprentice HR Administrator – HR Service Centre – Signet Jewelers

*12 Month contract – Government funded Apprenticeship
*Weekly Training Salary of £185.00
*37 Hours per week

Here at Signet Jewelers, owners of luxury UK retail jewellery brands; Ernest Jones, H. Samuel and Leslie Davis we’re currently recruiting an Apprentice HR Administrator. 

All you need to know about the role…
A career enhancing opportunity you’ll be accountable for the following key areas:
*Providing a high-quality service to internal customers via our HR Information Systems and occasionally by telephone to agreed HR department standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times
*Filing paperwork promptly to ensure it is kept up-to-date and accurate
*Performing administration tasks and updates on our HR Information system (HRIS) when required
*Assisting with planning, production and distribution of benefits communications to employees
*Post Distribution
*Responding to reference requests within the departments service level agreement

Ability to be able to work under pressure, methodical, accurate, neat, Attention to detail, Good oral and written communication, ability to work as part of a team,Neat & tidy in personal appearance, Reliable & hardworking
