Job Description

The role supports all charity admin functions, processing tree orders, maintaining the client database, allocating tree plots, organising planting itineraries, processing financial transactions and some sales, marketing and event activities.

Most importantly is empathy for your clients and their loss, great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with compassion.

Green fingers are a bonus along with previous experience of working for or volunteering for a charity or third sector organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have strong office admin experience, excellent literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow processes with detail is essential.
