Job Description

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about the different services we offer, also support our sales representatives.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred).

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling.
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed.
  • Answering emails and sorting post.
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary.
  • Managing website functions and social media.

Financial Duties:

  • Expense reports
  • Billing

Work remotely:

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
