We are looking for an individual to join our Compliance Team to assist our claim handlers to obtain further information required to support their on-going claims within our fast paced, close-knit compliance team.
As a Case Administrator your key responsibilities will include;
Contact clients to obtain supporting documentation required
Use initiative and be focused on the task at hand.
Provide accurate updates to consumers whilst setting expectations
Updating our bespoke CRM with updates as missing information is obtained
Assisting with day to day other office functions where required
Although experience is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided.
What’s on offer
A competitive base salary of £16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience (OTE £30k)
