Key responsibilities of the Part Time Appointment Scheduling Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Telephone existing and potential clients to arrange face to face meetings for the Business Development Managers
Confirm all meeting arrangements via Outlook with clients and colleagues.
Enter into, and keep up to date the CRM system will all relevant information
Process any actions arising from information on speaking to clients
Ensure accurate notes are recorded in the system
Other ad hoc duties in line with your role
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a customer service environment The ability to communicate with clients confidently and effectively Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and CRM Solid administration skills working with attention to detail
