Job Description

The Administrator will be office based and must have great customer service skills.

The Duites will be 

  • Extensive diary management for office-based management and site teams
  • Accept incoming telephone calls and email requests for maintenance call-outs
  • Building good relationships over the phone and email with clients 
  • Efficient cost saving diary managment for engineers 
  • complaint handling
  • Attending meetings with colleagues and clients
  • Arraning fixing of defects.
  • Invoicing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
