Job Description
The Administrator will be office based and must have great customer service skills.
The Duites will be
- Extensive diary management for office-based management and site teams
- Accept incoming telephone calls and email requests for maintenance call-outs
- Building good relationships over the phone and email with clients
- Efficient cost saving diary managment for engineers
- complaint handling
- Attending meetings with colleagues and clients
- Arraning fixing of defects.
- Invoicing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
