Job Description

My client are looking for a Personal Assistant looking to join their team working alongside the MD.

Ideally needing 4-5 years' experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for Managing Director
  • Diary management
  • Email management and responses
  • writing communications
  • Answering the phone
  • Document writing and checking
  • Organise team meetings and socials
  • Maintaining holiday and absences systems
  • Make travel arrangements when required
  • Taking minutes and notes in meetings
  • Source office supplies
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, developers, and clients
  • General administration is required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally needing 4-5 years' experience
