Job Description

As the HR Manager you will be fully accountable for all HR activities for the business, and be responsible for shaping and delivering a best in class HR service.

Key Responsibilities

*Design and implement a brand new talent acquisition process which will include sourcing, recruiting and on boarding the very best talent
*Be the lead for all employee engagement activity including performance management, succession planning and comp and bens
*Ensure all employee relation cases are dealt with in a legal and timely manner
*Training and Development - work with the management team to work with managers and staff to ensure everyone feels valued and has the right tools to be successful



 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The suitable candidate for the role will be able to operate in a stand alone capacity and has experience of working at pace. You will come from a fast paced environment, ideally call centre or another service led business.
