As the HR Manager you will be fully accountable for all HR activities for the business, and be responsible for shaping and delivering a best in class HR service.
Key Responsibilities
*Design and implement a brand new talent acquisition process which will include sourcing, recruiting and on boarding the very best talent
*Be the lead for all employee engagement activity including performance management, succession planning and comp and bens
*Ensure all employee relation cases are dealt with in a legal and timely manner
*Training and Development - work with the management team to work with managers and staff to ensure everyone feels valued and has the right tools to be successful
