Job Description

SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

Our client is one of the foremost Aga Sales Distributor and Service Agents in the UK. The company is now seeking to employ a Service Administrator to work in our busy service department.

The Job

Duties will cover various office tasks including (but not limited to) the ordering of spare parts, communicating with both customers and suppliers by telephone and email, entering and retrieving information from a computer database, make diary bookings and printing a variety of documents on a daily basis. The hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am to 5.30pm.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong organisational skills, computer literacy and a pleasant telephone manner. A strong commitment to customer service is required.
