You will be working within a small team, supporting the Managing Director with the day to day business operations. Previous experience of working as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant is required.
Experience within an Energy Saving/Insulation firm dealing with ECO3 is preferable however not necessary. The role will involve dealing with funders and regulators and attaining relevant certificates and accreditations as well as keeping up to date with guidelines and regulations.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, dealing with all administration and supporting the Managing Director with diary management, organising a team of 4-5 office staff and liaising with third parties. You will also be assisting with general correspondence, including letters, emails, phone calls and reports whilst being point of contact for any queries.
