Part Time Admin Assistant
The Company
Our client specialises in advanced extrusion and 8 colour flexographic print technology to manufacture polythene FFS tube, stretch hoods, heavy duty sacks, single wound sheet and pallet hoods for a wide range of markets including the construction, peat, animal feed and fertiliser sectors. In addition, the site manufactures wide film for the agricultural and horticultural markets. The site has received over £25 million of investment in improved technology in the past 7 years, has a capacity of 40ktes, employs 250 people and is central to the strategic direction of our industrial and agricultural business.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the administrative assistant will provide efficient and professional administration support to various departments. The main duties for this role are,
This is a permanent, 15 hours per week contract, working Monday to Friday 2.00 – 5.00pm.
The Person
The successful candidate will have an exceptional background in administrative support and office duties. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and good customer service. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, record management, and highly computer literate (a strong working knowledge of MS Office and Excel) is essential. The right candidate will be able to manage a wide ranging task-list, be flexible, adaptable and to have the ability to seamlessly multi-task and prioritise, a complex and diverse workload.
Requirements: Previous experience with reception and general office responsibilities, and call handling dealing with customer enquiries in a similar role is essential. At least Standard Grade (Credit) or equivalent in English, Maths and Administration.
