What you will be doing:
Effectively analysing rents and setting rents for all re-let properties.
Providing rents for our social stock, checking shared ownership rents and answering queries from both internal and external customers.
Providing specialist support and technical advice (with respect to the Regulator’s rent standard, and individual lease and rental agreements) to residents and the organisation.
Ensuring that rental income is maximised and that our annual rent review is compliant.
Utilising data analytics to uncover inconsistencies in rents and challenging operational services and processes.
