Job Description

Essential: The successful individual will:

  • Answering the main line telephone
  • Keying and processing sales orders including pro-forma orders.
  • Requesting and obtaining Delivery Notes
  • Scanning and General Admin
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries occasionally face to face on our trade counter.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A professional telephone manner and Good communication skills. Applicants must be reliable and able to work on own initiative as well as Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Answering to the Customer Service Manager you should have a drive to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work under pressure with a desire to build upon our excellent customer service
