The maintenance administrator will report to the maintenance manager & the financial director.
Responsibilities and Duties
Take incoming & make outbound calls from tenants & contractors
Input of contractor jobs onto property management software
Oversee Gas & Electric certificate administration and management
Manage the maintenance diary collecting updates via phone & email
Respond to maintenance emails
Process Quotes & Invoices
Weekend cover for emergencies on a Rota basis
Contractor administration & recruitment
Facilities contract administration
Oversee the key database
Health & safety administration.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience within property management, and specifically maintenance is preferable although training will be provided.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to form good relationships with colleagues, contractors & our tenants. They should be motivated to provide quality service to our tenants & good value for money to the landlord. Excellent IT skills are essential as the role involves learning our management systems quickly and efficiently.
