Job Description
We are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice that wants to go the extra mile and be an integral part of the business.

Working week
  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Total hours per week: 37.50
Vacancy description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to assist with our administration duties such as creating tasks to help prioritise workload, emailing, filing, creating proposals, making phone calls, general business administrative tasks.

Day to day jobs will include:

  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Reading emails responding correctly about clients enquiry
  • Answering telephone calls/assisting customer with whatever problems they may have
  • Checking emails and responding to emails
  • Dealing with invoices, orders and suppliers
  • Dealing with accounts
  • General customer service related tasks
  • General business administration related tasks

Qualifications required
  • There are no entry requirements for this role, however the candidate will be asked to complete Maths and English initial assessments in the screening process

Previous administration experience, organised, able to work at a fast and efficient pace, Good computer literacy, Polite telephone manner
